Distillata
is not responsible or shall not be held liable for any damaged person
or property caused by water or refrigerant, Including overflow or leakage
of the cooler, bottle, connections or accessories. The customer must
store these products in a location so that water damage shall not occur.
Water and Product Services will continue
on a month to month basis. But, can be terminated by either party by
giving fifteen days notice.
Rental payments do not apply towards the
purchase of equipment.
Payment for product and rental is due upon
receipt of statement. Distillata has the right, without notice to terminate
this agreement and take possesion of the equipment if the customer fails
to pay within 30 days after receiving the statement.
